I installed visio 2000 and it works fine but if i install the Visio 2003
upgrade when i start Visio i get a Runtime error. I have tried uninstalling
it and reinstalling it, I did a Detect and Repair, I even unistalled and
deleted the registry entries and then reinstalled it and still the same
thing. Visio 2000 will work but as soon as i upgrade it, i get the runtime
error after i click on the Visio 2003 icon.

Any suggestions on how to fix this?

Figured it out. I unistalled Adobe Acrobat and then reinstalled Visio. MS
should make a patch for this issue.

Just an FYI I found this on a search in Google. Even though you got a fix
others might find it beneficial.

… scroll down about 2/3 the way down to the "C++ Runtime error on Visio
Launch."
