Hyperlink to Word with Sub-address in web page
(too old to reply)

When inserting a hyperlink to a Word-document I can add a Sub-address to a
bookmark in that document. When saving this drawing as a web page this
sub-address is not working. What to do?

Instead of using the SubAddress field, try appending the sub address to the
main path. This work around has been around for a while, and is the second
method documented in this KB :
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;EN-US;299175

Visio uses the Subaddress field internally to browse from page to page
within the drawing, but when exporting to HTML, and linking to external
objects, appending the subaddress should work for you.

OK, thanks

How do I append the sub address? I tried the # sign ("doc"#"sub address")
which worked within Visio but not in the web page.

You should be able to use the pound key. In my case, the following string
worked fine, for a bookmark called 'Here' :
"\\My Documents\Drawings\Hyperlink\TestHere.docx#Here"

I was also able to make the sub address field work properly for a locally
stored Document (docx format) in my test.

.. Correction - that didn't work in the web page as I thought. Sorry for
the bad info.
I don't know of a way to make a bookmark in Word work from outside of Visio.
