Organizational Chart Not Syncing with Exchange 2003

I am trying to create an org chart using the wizard and trying to get the
data from Exchange 2003. When I first installed Vision 2003 the data
(person, direct report, title, etc.)was updated. Since then no updates I
have made to the global address book in Exchange have come across.

I have Cached Exchange Mode selected in Outlook

If I look in Outlook and look at the properties of a person in the address
book, all of the attributes are correct but Visio does not see them.

Any suggestions would be welcome.

AFAIK the org chart add-on is a manual process and doesn't go back to
periodically check for updates. As a caveat - every time it draws an org
chart it starts from scratch so if you make changes they will be lost.

Thank you sir for your response.

I recongnize that it does not update an existing org chart. My problem is
that when I update the Exchange users, then go and recreate the chart in
Visio, the changes are not shown on the new chart. Additionally, certain
users are not shown on the chart at all. I have compared two users side by
side and can see no differences (except name related differences).

Any other ideas you have I would appreciate.
