Visio pdfmaker toolbar missing

I have Visio 2003 and Acrobat Pro 8. The PDFMaker toolbar has disappeared.
It works in other office apps. I have tried all the steps on adobe site

I couldn't find any solutions that had Visio 2003 and Acrobat 8. Does any
one have any suggestion.

Acrobat has always been a little troublesome. I moved over to just using
Distiller as a printer a few years ago but I know that's not the answer for
everyone. I have a feeling that Service Pack 3 (for 2003) might have
resolved this though. What SP have you got installed (see Help / About
Microsoft Office Visio)?
