Enterprise Architect SP-2 Freezes Up When Saving

Enterprise Architect SP-2 (10.0.510) freezes when I try to save a .vsd file.
Help > About > Disabled Items reports no items disabled.

The file is saved but the application freezes in hourglass mode when a Save
event is raised.
Was there another SP or HotFix that I may require to resolve this? Is there
a Visio TroubleShoot page somewhere?

I forgot to even mention the context of operations when the freeze on save
event occurs.
One occurrence was saving ORM fact types and the other when trying to save a
database model project.
