Visio close suddenly

Dear sir,
I've win2k pro installed on my pc & visio2003, the problem is that when I
open visio it opens visio interface & suddenly after successfully open all
the tools its close & disappear a menu appear like send or don't send the
report to microsoft. but a visio.exe is running in taskbar in process tab.
Pls give a valuable suggestion.

Please send the report to Microsoft, so that we know about the problem and
can investigate. I would also suggest going to Add/Removes Programs in the
Control Panel, selecting Visio and doing a Repair on the installation.

Hi,

I´ve come across a similar problem, on my pcs it is realted to the previous
installation of office 2000 or Visio 2000. Even after uninstalling the older
versions, I had this problem. Only thing that helped was a complete rebuild
of the machines.
As soon as you have found out what the prblem was, or what is the registry
key to change, please let me know, too.
