Generating DB structure from Visio

I am trying to generate a Database (Or script to create a database) from a
Visio Drawing. Not a database that holds the schema of the drawing, but a
database with the same structure as the drawing. I know this is possible,
but I can't find the function, or any help on it, can someone help please?

you have to be at visio enterprise architect edition (comes with vs.net
enterprise architect).
