Equipment List

hi everyone,

I am having a problem saving an automatically generated equipment list in
Visio 2003 Pro.

The equipment list report is generated OK when I drag the icon on to the
diagram, but when I try to save the diagram I get an Excel dialog box error:

" cannot be accessed. The file may be read-only, or you may be trying to
access a read-only location. Or, the server the document is stored on may
not be responding.

The first inverted comma is a part of the error message.

By the looks of it the imbedded object does not have a file name which is
why the error starts " Maybe this is the reason that the file cannot be
saved.

Help!

My problemis that I am even not able to generate corctly this report. I have
create one empty and each time I drag and drop an icon on it , it is not
recognized and so add in the equipment list report. So how did you managed to
do it ?.
