I've been trying to print a Gantt chart that has more tasks than will fit on
one page and still be readable. I've tried everything in Page Setup (e.g.,
fit to one sheet across and 2 sheets down), but nothing I've done will make
the chart go to 2 print pages. It just cuts off the heading and the last
tasks. The only way I can see the entire chart is to reduce the size so that
it fits on one page and because we're adding new tasks, it's becoming
illegible.

I'd appreciate advice on what to try.

Thanks!

Hello Janis

The white grid area is the printable area. You can use Page Setup to
make it bigger or drag an edge of the white grid while holding the CTRL key
to make the printable area bigger.
