Discussion:
How to keep correct aspect ratio when copy-paste from Visio2002 to Word2002?

When I copy-paste from Visio2002 to Word2002 the aspect ration is not right
(a circle is not a circle any more). I need to correct the aspect ration to
(Height/Width) 1/1.07 to get the right picture on the screen as well as on
the printer.

Instead of copy-paste, you might try try using
Insert >> Object >> Create from file
in Word.

In my experience, this preserves a drawing's appearance much better.

I've tried "Insert >> Object >> Create from file" - but there is no
difference. I still have to correct the aspect ratio to get a "round" circle
in Word. In Visio it is correct - both on the screen and when I print it.
