Hi folks,

On Visio 2007 and Vista, I'm unable to use the change the text orientation
to make it vertical. When I open the customize modal window, I can see the
button in the "format" toolbar, however as soon as I close it, it disappear.
I can drop it in an other toolbar, but the behavior is the same.

I believe the visibility of this button is tied to the installation of East
Asian languages on your Windows operating system.
