An exception has occurred while communicating with Visio

Hi! When I try to create a new UML-Model Diagram I get
this error message: "An exception has occurred while
communicating with Visio. Close Visio and re-run." It's
Visio 2000 with SP2 installed. Any idea why this happens?

even after re-installing several times.
