HELP SAVING DATA

please help unable to carry out a simple disk recovery [BACK UP DISK].Every
time I try it all seems OK until it checks the dvd, then it comes up
failed,why?
I have been having similar problems trying to back up files.[MESSAGE
APPEARS TOWARDS THE END,DISK NOT ? INSERT ANOTHER BLANK DVD. PLEASE HELP.

You may want to take this question to the VISTA newsgroup, rather than the
VISIO newsgroup, since the Visio application is not a backup program.
