Visio 2002 Pro restarts

Visio restarts after exiting. This can happen up to 12
times. Viewing the Task Manager while this happens, each
time visio is closed a new task automatically opens. Tried
to run visio via "Start/Run Menu - visio /r", didn't help.
Any ideas??????

Hi,

Please disable Antivirus & Firewall and then go to windowsupdate,com and
download all the latest patches for the system and then try Visio/r as this
is a know problem and ususally fixes the problem.
