Using MBSA in VISIO

When running the baseline tool in visio 2003 I get the following error:

System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException (0x86DB03E9):

Unexpected end of file.
at Microsoft.Office.Interop.Visio.IVShape.get_CellsU(String
localeIndependentCellName)
at Microsoft.MBSA.MBSAAddin.MBSAShape.set_set_ReportData(ReportReader
value)

What could be causing this?

Have you tested with the latest versions? At the bottom of the doanload
page for the Visio 2007 / MBSA 2.0 version tool, there is a link for the
Visio 2003 version of MBSA 2.0 to try.
