Installation Unsuccessful of Visio 2003 Service Pack 2

I am trying to update my Visio 2003 at the Office Updates web site.
Office itself updated just fine. Visio 2003 and OneNote both keep
failing. What to do?

No one responded, So I solved this one myself. Microsoft has a 10-step
web page detailing lengthy steps you can take to try and solve the
problem. It will take you many hours and none of the steps make any
difference. What did work? Completely remove Visio 2003 from your
computer. The repiar step won't work. Then re-install from scratch.
Then update. The MSI files that do the update downloaded into the
ProgramFiles\OfficeUpdate11\cabs\# folder. All is well now.
