Visio 2002 XP SP2 Issues

Is anyone aware of a patch or fix for Visio 2002 working on XP SP2? After
the XP SP2 upgrade Visio crashes when closing the program and sometimes
hangs when updating the directory cache on startup on multiple machines.

Not sure if it helps, but I've been seeing the same thing today and found
several google links that
mention re-installing VB as the fix for this.

Try a re-installation of Visio. It helped me.
