Has anyone had the problem with autodiscovery in Viso
2000, i constantly receive dmonitor.exe has generated
errors and the program will be closed. I cannot find a
fix, would appreciate any information.

When running AutoDiscovery after upgrading from Visio 2000 Enterprise, you
may
receive the error :

Runtime error C:\program files\microsoft office\Visio10\Dll\dmonitor.exe -
abnormal
program termination

Resolution:
Uninstall Visio
Search for anything DMonitor.exe - delete it

Re-install Visio to a New folder

Detailed steps:

1. Uninstall Visio
2. Uninstall residual Visio 2000 files ( this is the only place we find
Dmonitor.exe )
3. Reinstalled Visio
4. Reinstall all other associated programs and files
