Exiting Visio 2007 under Vista Home Premium

When exiting Visio 2007 by selecting the "x" button on the Top Right Hand
Cotrner of the Visio window, Vista produces a popup error message stating
"Visio has stopped working, we will investigate the problem...."
I just cancel the investigation, but it is very slighly annoying.

This happens because of add-ins that don't unload properly when Visio
closes. You can find steps to work around and disable the add-ins in this
